Costs
All costs quoted are exclusive of VAT. VAT is chargeable at the rate of 17.5%

Payment
A payment of 50% of the total package cost is required upon agreement to proceed. The remaining 50% of the overall package cost is payable upon notification of completion and before delivery

* Website Hosting
Website hosting included within the LaunchPad 3 package is for a minimum period of 12 months and applies to new contracts only. Transferring of existing hosting contacts to or from RocketMedia’s standard packages are subject to additional costs payable by the client unless otherwise agreed. RocketMedia’s standard hosting package includes the following:
100mb Commercial Web Space, ODBC database connectivity, ASP, CGI-BIN, ftp access, email forwarding, Monthly Statistics delivered via email.

* Domain Name Registration
Domain Name Registration included within the LaunchPad 3 package is for a minimum period of 24 months and applies to new contracts only. Transferring of existing Domain Names to or from any of RocketMedia’s standard packages is subject to additional costs payable by the client unless otherwise agreed. Registration includes one ‘.co.uk’ address. Additional Domain names may be purchased at an additional cost.

Cancellation of agreement
You are free to cancel your order at any point. However, any agreed work started will be chargeable and payable by the client at RocketMedia’s standard hourly rate along with any third party supplier costs incurred.

RocketMedia reserve the right to cancel and or cease any work agreed at any time. Any agreed work started will be chargeable and payable by the client at RocketMedia’s standard hourly rate along with any third party supplier costs incurred.

Printing
It is the responsibility of the client to check and agree any artwork before proceeding to print. RocketMedia reserve the right to charge additional costs for reprinting if applicable. All printwork is produced digitally and is compatible with most injet printers. If printed material is to be used on a Laserprinter, please check the compatibility of printed stationery before ordering.

Delivery
Delivery included within RocketMedia’s standard packages is NextDay to one UK address. Deliveries to destinations outside the UK are subject to additional costs. Multi-destination deliveries are also subject to additional costs.

Copyright
Copyright / ownership of all logos, designs, domain names, artwork and printed materials shall remain the property of RocketMedia until such time as full payment has been received and cleared, after which time copyright/ownership shall become the property of the client.

Proofing
It is the responsibility of the client to check, sign and agree all proofs before proceeding with any project. RocketMedia cannot accept responsibility for errors incorrectly checked by the client and reserve the right to make additional charges to rectify any such errors.
